Cappuccino in a Jar
Description
A savory instant cappuccino mix, this Mason jar recipe will make two 12-ounce jars for holiday giving.
Ingredients
- 2⁄3cinstant coffee granules
- 1cnon-dairy creamer, powdered
- 1cpowdered chocolate drink mix
- 1⁄2csugar, granulated
- 3⁄4tcinnamon, ground
- 3⁄8tnutmeg, ground
- 2canning jars, 12-ounce size
Instructions
Place instant coffee granules in a food processor, and process until it becomes a fine powder. (Alternately, place granules in a plastic food storage bag, and crush with a rolling pin.)
In a large bowl, combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir together until well mixed. Spoon into 2 canning jars, add lids and seal
